Job summary

Artemis Clarke Ltd is looking for a Tig Welder in Leicester with aerospace experience. The role involves completing TIG welding tasks, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and using air tools in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a pay rate of £18.30 per hour, alongside various benefits such as company events, pension scheme, and sick pay. A minimum of 26 days holiday plus bank holidays is also provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of TIG welding, ideally gained on aerospace and/or gas turbines.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced Manufacturing / Engineering environment.
• Ability to understand method specifications and basic engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Completion of Tig welding tasks on Aero and IGT components.
• Inspection of work to ensure compliance with strict quality standards.
• Understanding of basic Engineering drawings and method specifications.
