Starting pay is £18.92 per hour including shift allowance, with the base rate £15.90 during the initial weeks before shifts. Benefits, overtime enhancement, and a discretionary bonus are offered as part of a comprehensive package.

Salary: Starting at £18.92 p/hr inc shift

Wigston (LE18)

PERMANENT JOB :- Full time

We are looking for a TIG Welding Wizard who weld a clean line, someone who has experience with castings, some vein to vein work and crucially experience with aluminium.

For this you are working with steel & aluminium components for the aerospace sector (mixture of standard components & castings), working to tight tolerances.

Working a rotating shift of:

• Days (Mon to Thurs 05:45 - 13:45, Friday 05:45-10:45)
• Late (Mon to Thurs 13:45 - 21:45, Fridays 01:45 - 15:45)

During your initial first couple of weeks (2 - 4) you will be on fixed days receiving base rate of £15.90p/hr, the moment you go to shifts you receive £18.92p/hr on both shifts.
