Job summary

Safran is seeking a Test and Development Engineer for an on-site role in Pitstone, United Kingdom. You will design, develop, and maintain test solutions for aerospace products, ensuring performance, reliability and safety.

The role involves creating test plans, implementing automated scripts, executing tests, and documenting findings while collaborating with software, hardware, and systems teams. You will contribute to improving test coverage, supporting CI/CD, and upholding quality standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in designing test strategies and procedures for complex aerospace systems.
Experience validating software functionality, performance and reliability.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and software development lifecycles.
Ability to create and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics/Software/Systems or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities
