Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking a Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain test solutions for aerospace products and systems. You will create test plans and procedures, implement automated test scripts, execute tests, analyze results, and document findings to drive quality and safety.

Collaborating with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams, you will troubleshoot issues, improve test coverage, and support CI and validation activities while contributing to process improvements and

Qualifications

Relevant engineering degree (Electrical, Electronics, Software, or Systems Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on quality and safety.
Experience in aerospace or other regulated industries is advantageous.
Clear written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain test solutions for aerospace products and systems.
Create test plans and procedures for complex systems.
Implement automated test scripts, execute tests, analyze results and document findings.
