Job summary

Cambridge Aerospace seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to turn complex engineering efforts into delivered capability. You will own projects from definition through execution, guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver technology on time and with purpose.

The role demands strong stakeholder communication, detailed planning, and a track record of delivering technical programs from inception to rollout. A STEM degree and certifications such as PMP/Agile are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical project management or engineering project management.
• Proven track record of delivering technical projects or products from inception to delivery.
• Strong understanding of user needs, requirements gathering, and scope definition.
• Autonomous work across multiple teams with critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end technical solutions and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage cross-functional programs and projects in a matrix organisation.
• Articulate technology, requirements, goals, and milestones clearly to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely execution and quality assurance.
• Identify risks/dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate planning, project status, issues and risks effectively to stakeholders.
