You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and mentor others while enjoying autonomy in a blue‑chip aviation environment.

The role is office-based and commutable from Oxford, Bicester, Aylesbury, West London, Cheltenham, Reading, Milton Keynes, with a strong bonus scheme and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex aerospace/aviation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycle and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Customisation & Development contracts across full project life cycle.
• Run projects in line with internal tools, procedures and governance, supported by PMO.
• Support development and improvement of project procedures for the future.
