Job summary

Cambridge Aerospace seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to turn complex engineering efforts into delivered capability. You will own projects from definition through execution, guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver technology on time and with purpose.

The role demands strong stakeholder communication, detailed planning, and a track record of delivering technical programs from inception to rollout. A STEM degree and certifications such as PMP/Agile are preferred.

Operating at the intersection of engineering and the business, you will translate high‑level goals into clear requirements, align teams around shared priorities and ensure our products move from concept to measurable impact.

Requirements

• Experience in technical project management or engineering project management
• Proven track record of delivering technical projects or products from inception to delivery
• Strong understanding of user needs, requirements gathering, and scope definition
• Ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams and demonstrate critical thinking
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

• Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum)
• Experience within the aerospace and technology industry
• Experience in a fast-paced R&D or startup environment, with rapid prototype iteration times
