Job summary

Bombardier’s London Service Centre in Biggin Hill is seeking a Supplier Quality Agent to own supplier-related production disruptions and drive robust corrective actions. You will lead 8D/RCCA investigations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure sustainable issues closure within a fast-growing European service network.

The role leverages extensive QA experience, regulatory awareness (TCCA/FAA), and strong data/reporting skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical field (technology, documentation, technical writing, website development, Office, etc).
• Strong data compilation and program tracking experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience delivering training with high impact presentation skills.
• Experience writing policies/procedures and coordinating projects.
• Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards (TCCA, FAA, etc).
• Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of production disruptions related to supplier performance
• Lead structured problem-solving activities (8D, RCCA) across stakeholders
• Identify root causes and implement robust corrective actions
• Drive follow-up to ensure actions are completed and effective
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to restore operational stability
• Organize and perform other QA related activities (monthly reports, reporting needs)
