Job summary

You will lead structured problem-solving across cross-functional teams and ensure effective actions are implemented and tracked. The role requires 5+ years in a technical field, strong data analysis and reporting skills with MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel, and experience delivering training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical field such as technology, technical documentation, technical writing, website development, or Microsoft Office.
• Strong experience with data collection, analysis, and program tracking.
• Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting.
• Strong experience organizing and delivering training, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong experience writing policies and procedures, including coordinating related projects.
• Strong experience with benchmarking and documentation mapping.
• Strong knowledge and experience with regulatory Quality Systems, including TCCA and FAA requirements, as well as Quality Assurance methods, processes, and techniques.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of production disruptions related to supplier performance.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities, such as 8D and RCCA, with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify root causes and implement effective, long-term corrective actions.
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure they are completed and effective.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to restore and maintain operational stability.
• Organize and support other Quality Assurance (QA) activities, including projects, monthly reports, and other reporting requirements.
