Job summary

Safran Gloucester site is seeking a Supplier Quality professional to drive QA improvements across external suppliers. You will assess supplier capabilities, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards to support production and supply chain robustness.

Key activities include leading corrective actions, maintaining supplier databases, and working closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth transitions and cost-effective quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• AS9100 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification preferred.
• Experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing quality environments.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and process flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality audits and drive corrective actions.
• Assess supplier capabilities and perform product, process, and system audits.
• Support introduction and transfer of parts across supplier base.
• Collaborate with internal manufacturing to enable smooth transitions.
• Maintain vendor and quality databases with traceability.
