Job summary

You will support manufacturing processes, run QRQC and 8D activities, and ensure compliance with aerospace standards. The role requires strong QA tool knowledge and cross-functional collaboration with design and operations teams.

Essentially you will drive quality improvements, conduct audits, and mentor teams to sustain high performance and on-time customer deliveries.

Qualifications

• Essential experience in Quality Engineering within Aerospace/Defence.
• Proficiency with QA tools and regulatory standards.
• Line management experience is essential.
• 8D report writing is essential.
• AS9100 internal audit training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Working with Operations Quality teams to define objectives aligned with company goals.
• Ensure measurement of product quality meets defined objectives.
• Lead action plans, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support product release and qualification activities (EASA/CAA Form 1).
• Manage quality of outsourced production or MRO services and interface with customers.
