Job summary

Eaton's IS AER FMC division is seeking a Network Supplier Performance Manager in the UK. The role requires up to 75% travel to support multiple sites including Bedhampton, Titchfield/Daedalus and South Molton.

You will lead supplier performance improvements, develop corrective actions, and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and quality for aerospace components. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in supply chain/procurement are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management.
• 5+ years of procurement experience.
• Supply chain experience in aerospace (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct supplier recovery with corrective action plans.
• Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Establish procurement processes aligned with procedures.
• Develop commodity knowledge within Procurement Center of Excellence.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and address gaps.
• Drive systemic procurement improvements at sites.
• Leverage data to align priorities with business goals.
