Matchtech Group is recruiting a Quality Assurance Engineer specialising in Service Desk and Processes to support the continual improvement of operational standards and service delivery within a technology-driven aerospace environment.

The role focuses on quality assurance, process compliance and enhancement of service desk performance, working across technical, operational and business teams to drive improvements and maintain service standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, service management or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of service desk operations, incident management and support processes.
• Ability to assess procedures, identify quality issues and implement practical improvements.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes for service desk operations.
• Reviewing service desk procedures to ensure consistency, compliance and effective customer support.
• Monitoring service performance, identifying trends and recommending appropriate improvements.
• Conducting quality reviews, audits and process assessments across relevant support functions.
• Documenting findings, preparing reports and tracking corrective and preventative actions.
• Working collaboratively with technical, operational and business teams to improve service processes.
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of service standards, procedures and knowledge documentation.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and quality across the organisation.
