TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Engineer to join our Rapid Response Team and Advanced Development organization in the Aerospace, Defense & Marine business.

You will lead cross-functional teams to turn concepts into prototypes, accelerating innovation and faster delivery of next-generation technologies. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, while fostering stakeholder communication and continuous improvement across Engineering, Product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience managing complex technical, engineering, product development, or R&D projects.
• Strong project management expertise, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with ambitious delivery timelines.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple engineering, technology development, and R&D projects from concept through prototype delivery.
• Drive project execution by managing scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and priorities.
• Enable rapid customer response and prototype development through agile project planning and execution.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Commercial Teams, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions to ensure successful delivery.
• Establish clear project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Support the evaluation and prioritization of new customer opportunities and technology initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the development of efficient project management practices.
• Support the transition of successful research and development projects into formal product development programs.
