Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior Aerospace Quality Leader in Wrexham to head the Quality function and promote the QMS across the site. You will drive defect prevention, lead lean initiatives, and ensure compliance with AS9100/NADCAP standards.

The role requires strong leadership of the quality team, collaboration with customers and suppliers, and a track record of delivering measurable quality improvements in aerospace manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Proven Aerospace Quality Manager with leadership experience.
• Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement.
• Regulatory familiarity with AS9100/NADCAP or Part 145.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality function and maintain/promote the QMS across the organisation.
• Interface with customers and suppliers on quality requirements and improvements.
• Lead quality reviews on site and manage KPIs and cost of quality.
