Job summary

Acro Aircraft Seating Ltd is seeking a Customer Quality & Product Support Manager in the UK to lead investigations into in-service issues and drive robust corrective actions. You will act as the primary technical interface for customer quality, coordinating with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain to embed lessons learned across the lifecycle.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with regulatory compliance (Part 145, AS9100) and proven ability to

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of aerospace manufacturing, product quality and customer support.
• Experience leading structured investigations (8D, root-cause and corrective actions).
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (Part 145, AS9100).
• Experience with quality management systems and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical interface for customer quality and in-service issues.
• Lead cross-functional investigations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance on product quality and field performance.
• Monitor field performance and warranty trends to drive improvements.
• Embed lessons learned into design, manufacturing and quality processes.
• Prepare reports and updates for customers and senior management.
• Develop and improve product support processes and tools.
• Support regulatory activities and audits as required.
