Job summary

MB Aerospace Newton Abbot Ltd, a Barnes Aerospace Company, seeks a Project Manager to lead NPI projects and CI initiatives at Newton Abbot. The role collaborates with operations, quality, supply chain and customers to ensure delivery within scope, budget and schedule.

You will drive governance, manage risks, maintain project reports, and guide cross-functional teams toward successful product development and continuous improvement in a regulated aerospace setting.

Qualifications

• HNC minimum in Engineering or related discipline and 5+ years of experience.
• Experience managing large, on-time and on-budget projects in aerospace manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage project timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate internal and external resources across departments.
• Gather gate evidence and hold gates for projects.
• Update reports (Smartsheets, monthly pack).
• Attend customer calls and document minutes.
