Job summary

Barnes Aerospace Newton Abbot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects on-site. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and drive NPI initiatives with formal gate governance.

Your role requires strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have an HNC in Engineering (or related) and 5+ years in aerospace project management, with proven ability to deliver complex programs within time

Qualifications

• HNC in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of aero engine industry standards and requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the NPI process and drive adherence to project metrics.
• Plan, schedule and manage project timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate internal and external resources and gates.
• Update reports and maintain project governance.
• Attend customer calls and document minutes.
