Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a Project Engineering Lead to drive a cross-functional IPT in support of an Aerospace client based in Luton. You will lead engineering activities from design through integration, ensuring compliance with customer, contractual, legal, and company requirements while balancing performance, cost and schedule.

You will define the WBS, plan engineering activities, and establish KPIs to monitor and improve performance, coordinating with customers and suppliers to align

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Strong communication with managers, suppliers and customers.
• Willingness to travel within the UK.
• Knowledge of the engineering lifecycle and integration from design to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering work across Integrated Project Teams (IPT) and projects.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Monitor progress, risks and costs; manage technical performance.
• Coordinate engineers from multiple disciplines to deliver a complete solution.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with the IPT lead, Project Manager and Functional Heads.
