Job summary

Prestwick Aerosystems is seeking an experienced Project Controller to join its program management team on a 12-month, on-site contract in Prestwick. You will develop and maintain development and production schedules and support project reporting.

Responsibilities include KPI tracking, budget monitoring with Finance, risk and opportunity management, and coordinating with Project Managers and other functions to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain schedules.
• Strong communication across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate Development and Production Schedules to support project delivery.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Project Management Best Practices, processes and documentation.
• Assist Project Managers with the creation and control of project plans, Level 1 plans and activities.
• Maintain project KPIs and performance metrics, supporting accurate reporting and project reviews.
• Prepare and coordinate customer reports, presentations and monthly programme review packs.
• Support Finance and Commercial teams with monitoring and control of project budgets and spend.
• Assist with Risk and Opportunity management, including coordinating actions across internal functions.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, maintain action logs and support the wider Program Management team.
