Collins Aerospace in Plymouth (on site) is seeking an Assistant Production Controller to support the production team and help meet schedules. You will participate in planning, monitor progress, and coordinate with internal suppliers to minimize shortfalls and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Excel and MS Office proficiency is required.
• ERP experience is advantageous but not required.
• Strong teamwork and site-based collaboration skills.
• Good problem solving and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail in documentation and recording.

Responsibilities

• Plans and prepares weekly loading plans.
• Creates and maintains the monthly operational MPS.
• Mitigates risks for short-term shortages with internal suppliers.
• Monitors production orders and adjusts schedules for on-time delivery.
• Ensures parts for rework are issued promptly.
• Supports NPI/Qualification Planning and reporting.
