The Programme Delivery Manager leads the planning, delivery and integration of complex, strategically important programmes and initiatives across the organisation. The role is accountable for delivering contract and business outcomes through effective programme leadership, ensuring activities are coordinated, risks are managed, stakeholders remain aligned, and benefits are realised.
Operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment, the postholder leads multiple interdependent workstreams from concept and business case development through implementation, transition and operational handover. Success requires balancing delivery pace with governance, commercial awareness, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.
The role acts as the bridge between strategy and execution, translating organisational objectives into structured programmes and delivering measurable outcomes through cross-functional teams.
Ability to hold Security Clearance – 5 years residence in the UK
