You will drive production flow, coach multi-skilled operators and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of skilled manufacturing personnel across multiple production processes.
• Establish priorities, communicate requirements and allocate resources to meet production objectives.
• Drive adherence to production plans and ensure products progress through all manufacturing stages in line with customer demand.
• Maintain a visible presence on the shop floor, providing real-time support and removing barriers to performance.
• Monitor production flow and proactively identify risks that may impact delivery schedules.
• Manage equipment, plant or resource-related issues through effective escalation and coordination with support functions.
• Conduct process confirmations and shop floor reviews to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Monitor and drive performance against key operational KPIs including Safety, Quality, Delivery and People metrics.
• Support quality investigations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
