Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-skilled production team across several processes on the shop floor.
• Set priorities, communicate requirements, and allocate resources to meet objectives.
• Ensure adherence to production plans and progress through all stages on schedule.
• Maintain a visible on-floor presence, removing barriers to performance.
• Monitor flow, identify risks and escalate issues to keep delivery timelines.
• Manage equipment and resources with effective escalation and coordination.
• Conduct shop floor reviews and process confirmations for standards compliance.
• Drive KPIs for Safety, Quality, Delivery and People metrics.
• Support investigations and timely closure of corrective actions.
• Promote continuous improvement culture on the production line.
