Job summary

Incora is seeking an Onsite Representative in Cwmbran to manage line-side inventory and replenishment, ensuring materials are available to support customer operations. You will travel between customer sites, process replenishment, handle deliveries, and act as the main Incora contact for day-to-day supply issues, collaborating with internal teams to minimise disruption.

Experience in stock control and Excel is valued; driving licence required.

Qualifications

Experience in stock management, warehousing, inventory control or logistics.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
Strong customer focus and ability to provide excellent service.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Manage line-side inventory and replenishment activities to agreed service levels.
Travel between customer sites to resolve issues and ensure supply continuity.
Scan, process, receive and distribute products at the customer site.
Act as first point of contact for day-to-day supply and inventory issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supply issues and minimise disruption.
Produce and distribute operational performance reports and metrics.
Analyse inventory data to identify risks, trends and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational procedures.
