Job summary

Safran Actuation Systems UK is seeking a Project Manager to lead NPI programmes in Banbury. Hybrid working model offered.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver on cost, schedule, quality and performance objectives, from development through industrialisation into production. The role requires a degree in Engineering or related field and proven experience delivering aerospace NPI programmes, with strong risk,

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related technical field.
Proven experience delivering aerospace NPI or industrialisation programmes.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and finance.
Strong risk management, change control and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Experience with budgeting, governance and development of project execution plans.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and delivery of complex aerospace NPI programmes from development to production.
Develop integrated plans, WBS and resource schedules across multiple workstreams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
Own programme governance and report status, risks and financial performance to leadership.
