Syntech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Inspector for a permanent, full-time role near Uxbridge. You will perform hands-on inspection of precision components, verify conformance to engineering drawings and quality standards, and use SAP to log work in progress.

The ideal candidate will have previous inspection experience in manufacturing, be proficient with GD&T, micrometers, verniers and gauges, and ideally with CMMs. A consistent 5-year work history and BPSS clearance are required.

Qualificações

• 5-year consistent work history with BPSS clearance.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings using GD&T.
• Experience with inspection tools and measuring equipment.
• Familiarity with SAP for recording work in progress.
• Engineering apprenticeship preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out inspection and testing of components using measurement tools.
• Verify products against drawings and documentation.
• Maintain inspection documentation accurately.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
