Martin-Baker Aircraft Company Ltd in Denham, Buckinghamshire, is seeking a Product Support Engineer to act as a technical liaison and investigate in-service issues for global customers.

You’ll work with Design and Product & Engineering Support to identify test equipment, provide expert advice and create SILs/TILs as required. This onsite role offers meaningful, life-saving work within a supportive engineering team.

Competenze

• Proven technical knowledge of MB products and in-service practices.
• Experience with product support methodologies.
• Strong English grammar and clear communication.
• Teamwork experience.
• Excellent problem solving and investigative skills.
• Advanced Excel; SAP experience; Access database familiarity.

Mansioni

• Liaise with customers and field engineers; assist in defect investigation.
• Identify needed test equipment and tooling with Design teams.
• Provide reactive technical support and timely status updates.
• Prepare technical communications, SILs and TILs as required.
