Job summary

Martin-Baker Aircraft Co Ltd in Denham is seeking an IT Project & Programme Manager to coordinate tech projects and programmes, establishing practical governance, planning and reporting to improve visibility of demand, progress and delivery risk.

You will work hands-on with sponsors, leads, engineers and suppliers, managing plans, dependencies and resources through to handover, while mentoring colleagues and maintaining momentum across a regulated aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex tech projects in regulated sectors.
• Ability to establish governance, planning and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology project and programme portfolios with clear plans and milestones.
• Establish governance controls for initiation, planning, reporting, change and closure.
• Produce concise portfolio reporting covering progress, resources, cost, risks and decisions.
• Translate technical activity into realistic delivery plans with engineers and technical leads.
• Mentor colleagues and promote consistent project disciplines while maintaining momentum.
• Travel to other Martin-Baker sites as required.
