Job summary

Accrofab Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee the Machine Shop, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and safety.

You will coordinate with the Manufacturing Manager, manage daily scheduling, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across EHS, quality and productivity targets. The role requires experience in aerospace standards, interpretation of engineering drawings, and strong people leadership to develop and coach a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working to Aerospace standards.
• Experienced in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• An understanding and alignment to Accrofab Values: Respect, Integrity, Safety and Excellence.
• Preferably 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the machine shop, aligning with EHS, Quality, Cost and Delivery targets.
• Own departmental scheduling board and coordinate with production to manage throughput.
• Conduct daily floor walks, address issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyse KPIs and present SQCDP metrics in daily ops meetings.
• Support supervisor with staffing, training, and coaching; ensure adherence to work instructions and aerospace standards.
• Lead in safety observations and drive training to meet defined plans.
