Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working to Aerospace standards.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Preferably 3 years' experience in a similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the late shift operations for the forming and sheet metal department.
• Supervise the late shift team to meet productivity, safety and quality targets.
• Conduct floor walks, Job Safety Observations and daily hazard spotting.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Manager and Engineering to resolve issues and improve flow.
