Bromford Industries Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee the machine shop and guide day-to-day operations. You will lead the team, manage scheduling, and ensure EHS and quality standards are met while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience working to aerospace standards.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Aligned with Accrofab values: Respect, Integrity, Safety and Excellence.
• Preferably 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manufacturing Manager by aligning objectives on EHS, Quality, Cost and Delivery.
• Conduct daily departmental floor walk and address issues promptly.
• Own the department’s scheduling board and coordinate with the production coordinator.
• Conduct daily hazard spotting to maintain a safe workplace.
• Analyze KPIs and present SQCDP metrics in Daily Ops meetings.
• Monitor team performance and provide real-time coaching.
• Lead Daily Operations meetings and report production metrics and capacity planning.
• Lead Job Safety Observations and support EHS solutions where appropriate.
• Manage throughput to meet OTIF targets and priorities.
• Maintain shift communication and handovers to ensure operational continuity.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineer to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Lead weekly Gemba with SQCDP updates and department news.
• Drive LEAN initiatives to reduce tooling usage, cycle times, and defects.
• Support audits with clean, compliant work environments.
