Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver targets across EHS, Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD).
• Maintain a visible shop-floor presence and drive issue resolution.
• Lead daily operational routines and meetings for manufacturing challenges.
• Champion health, safety and environmental culture and compliance.
• Provide practical technical solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
• Address constraints to improve productivity, flow and waste reduction.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and develop engineers and SMEs.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and KPI achievement.
