Job summary

Safran Actuation Systems in Wolverhampton is recruiting a Manufacturing Engineering Graduate for a structured three‑year fixed‑term programme starting September 2027. You’ll rotate across core engineering disciplines on the shop floor and learn how we deliver advanced aerospace products.

You’ll be mentored, regularly reviewed and supported to develop technical, project and leadership capabilities, with real exposure to NPI, process improvements and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotations across key Manufacturing Engineering functions.
• Support the introduction of new products and manufacturing technologies.
• Assist in developing manufacturing methods and processes for new aerospace products.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that improve quality, efficiency and performance.
• Analyse manufacturing data and support problem-solving activities.
• Provide operational support to help achieve business and production objectives.
• Work closely with engineering, operations and quality teams on business‑critical projects.
• Gain practical experience within manufacturing and shop floor environments.
• Take ownership of your development and career progression.
