Safran in Wolverhampton seeks a Project Manager to lead aerospace actuation system programmes from inception to delivery. You will work with Engineering, Industrialisation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to meet customer, quality, cost, schedule, and regulatory targets.

The role requires experience managing complex programmes in aerospace/defence or high-value manufacturing, with strong stakeholder engagement and governance. Onsite with flexible working options in the UK.

Formación

• Experience in project management within an aerospace, defence, or high-value manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial and manufacturing processes (production readiness and lifecycle delivery).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience managing project performance across cost, schedule, quality and risk.
• Structured approach to planning, governance and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels; aerospace standards awareness (AS9100).

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional programme teams across Engineering, Industrialisation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to achieve programme objectives.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and resource plans to ensure delivery against milestones and commitments.
• Act as the primary interface with customers and key stakeholders, providing regular updates on performance and progress.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks and issues; implement corrective actions to maintain delivery targets.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace regulatory requirements, company processes, and governance standards throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor and report programme performance.
