Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Bristol is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Product Introduction to join the Defence Future Programmes team. You will create, develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes and digital systems to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.

The role requires experience with Design for Manufacture, strong collaboration across design, supply chain and customers, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while delivering robust manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing processes and APQP
• Familiar with Design for Manufacture in regulated industry
• Experience with advancing manufacturing technologies is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental Standards
• Develop and influence design and manufacturing requirements through trials
• Collaborate with design, supply chain and customers across UK
• Identify opportunities for new or improved manufacturing processes
• Manage budgets, resources and technical content and report progress
