Qualifications

• Digital professional qualifications and foundation-level degree or equivalent.
• Awareness of Manufacturing Systems.
• Experience in complex, regulated manufacturing (aerospace ideal).
• Experience with Industry 4.0 and digital transformation.
• Strong self-development mindset and interest in new tech.
• Excellent problem-solving within regulatory/quality constraints.
• Knowledge of digital manufacturing systems, mapping and automation.
• IIoT and data analytics understanding.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for new or improved digital manufacturing processes, systems and technologies to meet current or future requirements.
• Fixing, improving and/or transforming current and future digital capability.
• Deploying, developing and implementing Digital Manufacturing processes and technologies across the Commodity and Production lifecycle.
• Collaborating cross functionally with multi-disciplinary teams internally and externally to deliver future proof digital excellence.
• Working closely with IT to develop framework and process roadmaps/architecture to inform and deliver transformative Manufacturing capability.
