Rolls-Royce is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for Product Introduction in Bristol. You’ll develop and validate manufacturing processes for new products, ensure DFx adherence and coordinate with design, supply chain and customers across UK and international sites.

Qualifications

  • Professionally Qualified Engineer (UK minimum HND/Foundation degree or equivalent).
  • Engineering accreditation (IEng/CEng) where available.
  • Experience in aerospace manufacturing processes and APQP methodologies.
  • Awareness of CAD/CAM and SPC tools used to analyse/manufacture processes.

Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, implement, validate, maintain and continuously improve manufacturing processes and digital systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards and Zero Harm goals.
  • Collaborate across design, supply chain and customer to influence requirements.
  • Manage budgets, resources and progress reporting to stakeholders.
