Accrofab Ltd in the United Kingdom is recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer on the Day Shift to support two sites. The role focuses on optimising fabrication and machining processes, NPDI, and tooling development to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Operations, generate quotations, maintain SOPs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.
We have a vacancy within our Engineering Department and are currently recruiting for the role of Manufacturing Engineer on the Day Shift. We are looking for candidates who have relevant and proven experience seeking an opportunity to develop their skills and join a growing Organisation. This role will have responsibility in two separate locations, as detailed below.
39 hours each week with a flexible starting time between 07:00 and 08:00 Monday to Friday, with a flexible finish time between 16:00 and 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and on a Friday, a finish time of 12.00. You will be entitled to a 30-minute unpaid lunch break between 12:00 and 12:30 Monday to Thursday. Additionally, you will have a 10-minute paid break each morning Monday to Friday and a 10-minute paid break each afternoon Monday to Thursday.
Play a critical role in managing and optimising the manufacturing process for fabricated and machined components. Ensuring engineering excellence, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance while supporting New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI), customer interactions, and internal production activities.
From time to time, you may be required to perform other duties as requested by your Line Manager, and whilst not listed above, these duties will be appropriate to the level of responsibility held and to the scope of the role as defined.
