Job summary

Tekever is seeking a Logistics Operator for its Swindon facility to manage goods-in, stores and dispatch across multiple production cells. You will ensure correct parts are in the right place, with proper paperwork, while liaising with Supply Chain and Production teams.

You will help build the logistics operation as the site scales under the OVERMATCH programme. You should have logistics/warehouse experience, be proficient with ERP systems and handheld scanners, and be eligible for UK security

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, stores, goods-in or shipping/receiving roles, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
• Know-how of goods-in, stores, dispatch and shipping/receiving procedures and documentation.
• Confident using inventory or warehouse management systems and handheld scanners to keep records accurate.

Responsibilities

• Goods-in and receiving: verify deliveries against orders, label, inspect and put away.
• Stores and inventory: locate materials and perform cycle counts
• Kitting and line-side feed: prepare kits against build schedule
• Dispatch and shipping: pack, label, generate documents, coordinate carriers
• Equipment, safety and housekeeping: operate material-handling equipment and maintain 5S standards
• Support continuous improvement of logistics processes.
