Job summary

Moog in Wolverhampton is seeking a Lathe & Hone Aerospace Operator to join our precision engineering team. You will set up and operate Colchester lathes and Sunnen honing equipment to produce aerospace components to micron-level tolerances.

This onsite role requires reading engineering drawings, selecting tooling, and performing in-process inspections with micrometers, bore gauges, and CMM where applicable.

Qualifications

• Assemble and operate Colchester lathes and Sunnen honing machines to produce aerospace components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Colchester lathes and Sunnen honing equipment on aerospace components.
• Machining to extremely tight tolerances and micron-level finishes.
