Moog Wolverhampton Limited is seeking an experienced CNC Setter Operator (Mill/Turn) to set up and run multiple CNC machines in a high-precision aerospace environment. The role emphasizes first-off inspection, quality records, and continuous improvement within a demanding machine shop.

The successful candidate will hold a recognised engineering apprenticeship, bring over 5 years' mill/turn CNC experience, and demonstrate strong knowledge of multi-axis machining and tooling.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in engineering required.
• Over 5 years' experience on mill/turn CNC machines.
• Proven capability in setting up and using machine tools and inspection.
• Experience in a multi-axis/complex machining environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple CNC machines/processes.
• Perform first-off inspections and complete quality documentation.
• Configure and use machine tools and tooling.
• Carry out own 1st off inspection and record results.
