• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Significant leadership experience in a complex manufacturing/aerospace environment.
• Strong background in supplier management, procurement, and supply chain operations.
• Experience delivering cost, quality, delivery and productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary supply chain organisation across procurement, pricing, supplier development, risk management and data/automation.
• Establish governance, performance management and development plans for the function.
• Drive supplier performance, risk management and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and strategic planning.
• Represent Supply Chain in executive reviews and stakeholder engagements.
