Job summary

Héroux-Devtek UK is seeking a UK Supply Chain Director to lead the end-to-end supply chain at our Runcorn site. You will drive procurement, commodity management, pricing, expediting, supplier development, data analytics and process automation to ensure material availability and world-class delivery.

As a key member of the SLT, you will shape people, processes and partnerships, build resilience, improve service, quality and cost, and embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain disciplines.
Proven ability to deliver cost, quality, delivery and productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary supply chain organisation across procurement, pricing, expediting, supplier development and data/automation.
Drive governance, performance reviews and capability development.
Ensure material availability and optimise supplier performance across the business.
