Job summary

Draken is seeking an Engineering Delivery Manager in Bournemouth with regular UK travel. The role reports to the VP Engineering and drives engineering delivery across Operations and Programme, coordinating with Design Office, CAMO, Manufacturing and MRO to ensure fleet reliability and timely delivery.

You will influence bid work, align with Programme priorities, and guide a dispersed team while adapting to project needs and schedules.

Qualifications

Degree or recognised engineering qualification (Aeronautical, Electrical, Mechanical or related).
Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary teams within regulated environments.
Experience delivering complex engineering programmes with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical能力 to solve complex technical problems.
Ability to obtain and maintain SC Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead the Engineering function across the project lifecycle from bid stage to delivery and support.
Develop and deliver engineering solutions meeting customer, operational, quality, cost and schedule requirements.
Act as primary interface between Engineering, Programmes, customers and stakeholders.
Lead technical teams and validate solutions to meet requirements.
Manage engineering risks, opportunities and mitigations.
