Job summary

Airbus invites applications for its Engineering Degree Apprenticeship in North Wales. You will study at Swansea University while earning a full-time salary and gaining 40 months of hands-on industry experience at Airbus' Wing Manufacturing Centre of Excellence in Broughton.

You will rotate through Design, Manufacturing and Quality Engineering, collaborating with finance, supply-chain, procurement, logistics and enablement teams to deliver tangible engineering outcomes.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for Airbus Engineering Degree Apprenticeship based on UCAS points and A-/BTEC/IB/Access qualifications.
• Maths and Sciences requirements met at GCSE/A-level or equivalent.
• Evidence of predicted or achieved grades required for offer.

Responsibilities

• During years 2 and 3, four days a week in placements and one day on academic leave.
• On placement days, work on-site at Wing Manufacturing Centre of Excellence within multiple teams.
• Cover Design, Manufacturing and Quality Engineering disciplines.
• Collaborate with finance, supply-chain, procurement, logistics and enablement functions.
• Rotate across disciplines approximately every 12 weeks.
