Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited is offering a three-year degree apprenticeship at Broughton, North Wales. The successful candidate will study for a BSc (Hons) Applied Business Management with Swansea University, gaining a full degree without fees while working across multiple business functions.

You will earn a full-time salary and rotate through teams including Operational Support, Environmental Health & Safety, Security, Facilities Management, Procurement, Contract Management and more, with

Qualifications

• 3 A Levels at grade B or above with one in Business Studies or Economics and two other subjects such as English, Maths or Welsh Baccalaureate.
• Business BTEC Extended Diploma (18 Units) DDM.
• Equivalent qualifications (e.g. HND in Marketing or a business-related BTEC) subject to validation.
• Minimum GCSE 4/C in Maths and English Language or equivalent subject to validation

Responsibilities

• Programme management: Supporting the planning and implementation of adaptations to the shop floor as a result of programme changes or new products.
• Project management: Working in multifunctional teams to implement required improvements and changes.
• Fire and security management: Coordinating with on-site security for safe operation on the Broughton site.
• Facilities management: Ensuring smooth operation of buildings, infrastructure and day-to-day running of the production site.
• Airbus Operating System (AOS): Lean routines and solutions integrated into all functions to improve performance and cost-saving.

Education
