Job summary

Safran Helicopter Engines Fareham is seeking an Engine Maintenance F-tech Team Leader to coordinate the Civil Maintenance Centre, oversee day-to-day operations, and lead technicians to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. You will manage schedules, training, and technical support in line with SafranHE standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a maintenance environment.
• Solid knowledge of aviation maintenance regulations and compliance.
• Engine overhaul experience and ability to interpret engine documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Civil Maintenance Centre operations to balance workload and ensure objectives.
• Coordinate and measure KPIs to meet production plans.
• Ensure technicians have necessary technical means and qualifications.
• Decide on intervention feasibility based on engine docs and qualifications.
• Ensure availability of resources for maintenance and release docs.
• Define full maintenance scope to guarantee airworthiness.
• Perform maintenance and issue release documentation.
• Support EMCH Manager and promote company policies and HSE.
