You will manage the day-to-day operation of the team, overseeing work schedules, training, holidays, technical support, and leadership, supporting both the EMCH Manager and broader business goals. You will perform levels 1 to 3 maintenance on Safran Helicopter Engines (SafranHE), both on-site and off-site, ensuring quality, turnaround time, cost control, and customer satisfaction from initial inspection to release.
