Moog Inc. is seeking an EDM Setter / Operator in Tewkesbury to manufacture precision aerospace components using Wire and Form EDM machines.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating EDM machinery or strong precision machining background.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Inspection and measurement experience with metrology equipment.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate Wire and Form EDM machines to manufacture precision aerospace components.
• Produce components to exacting quality standards and tight tolerances.
• Read from engineering drawings and shop documentation to guide production.
• Perform self-inspection and maintain quality records.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality personnel to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S in the work area.
